Can. 1093 - The impediment of public propriety arises from an invalid marriage after the establishment of common life or from notorious or public concubinage. It nullifies marriage in the first degree of the direct line between the man and the blood relatives of the woman, and vice versa.

No.

You need to understand the impediment of affinity first. Say you marry a woman who already has a daughter. If your wife later dies, the marriage is ended, but you would not be free to marry her daughter, because she is now your relative and that would be unseemly. Neither could you marry your former mother-in-law.

Canon 1093 says that shacking up with a woman also creates the impediments that I’ve illustrated above, as regards marriage between yourself and the woman’s daughter or mother. You are certainly free to marry the woman herself and thereby stop living in sin.
