a snappy wardrobe!
🤣

For me, joy. Joy from Eucharist. Joy from Consession. Joy from prayer. Joy from reading the knowledge of those that came before. Joy from getting to know God. Are there times when things get tough and joy seems distant? Yes. But afterwards there is joy.

Side note: Autocorrect must be depressed. It kept wanting to change “joy” into “not.”

I unite my every day with our Blessed Mother and our Lord for the conversion of sinners and peace in this world as she has asked at Fatima. All my joys, sorrows and sufferings, the daily grind, is for this intention. I am in the Lord’s vineyard. I don’t want to be anywhere else.

Serious question; what does the Catholic religion do for you on a personal level? In other words, what is it about Catholicism that gives you inner and outer fulfillment and happiness? What do you find in the religion that completes and sustains you? Certainly, you don’t hate Catholicism, so why do you love it?
God.

God is what makes sense of all catholic practices and doctrines. Without God in the picture, all catholicism is useless and nearly masochistic. But with God, it is beautiful Truth that falls into place, as others have said.
