What does Church teach on global warming?

I am confused about who to believe on the issue of global warming. Is the Church teaching that, yes, scientists have found it is manmade? Or, that, it is all a myth, and it’s part of a natural warming cycle? I saw Al Gore’s documentary, and was frightened at the record-high temperatures, never seen in history before, and the rate at which polar ice caps were melting, and other changes in nature were occurring. I am a cradle Catholic, and have done research on the topic, but feel like I still don’t have any true answers on who to believe.
