Recently His Eminence Raymond Cardinal Burke presented the collected papers of the Fota conference from two years ago, which have been edited by Fr Gerard Deighan and published by SMENOS Publications. What does FOTA stand for?

Its Fota not FOTA. It is not an abbreviation, it is an island in County Cork, Ireland. Each year in July there is an international liturgical conference in County Cork. The conference simply takes its name from the island in the county.
