What does it mean to keep holy the Lord's Day?

Hi,

This is my first time on this forum. I was happy to find it. My question is:

Is shopping on Sundays and eating out on Sundays, etc. breaking the third commandment - Remember thou keep holy the Lord’s day? I’ve been told that by doing these activities on Sunday, I am paying others to work on Sunday.
