When people say not to legalize abortion what does legalize mean? Does it mean, deregulate and not necessarily protect or not protect or does it mean to protect it and/or fund it?

They mean to make it against the law (state, country, nation) to have or procure an abortion. Presently, abortion is “legal” in the USA; that means one can procure an abortion without legal penalty. “Legalization”, as a word, pertains to the law of the state, country or nation…but NOT to the law of God.

Make it into law.The law says nothing in regards to how it is funded at least in this case.Of course they can mandate it to be funded but that would be an added requirement.

Legalized abortion means that the law allows abortion. There was such a Supreme Court decision to allow abortion in 1973 in the US. Since 1973 there have been over 50 million killings of unborn babies.
