Get rid of all the sources that trigger the bad thoughts
That would mean my phone i guess, which i need for communication. But most of these triggers are from memories and a few from people I’m attracted too, and from my SSA

Try not to die. 😉

Others have said what to do after the sin. To avoid the sin here is an idea: when you get the urge, immediately get up from where you are and do something out of the house. Go for an hour long walk in the woods. Go do your grocery shopping. Go for a drive in the car. Anything. You’ll probably see that after an hour or so you won’t feel the need to do what you were going to do before.

And obviously in the long term, stop watching that trash if you’re still watching it. I think that goes without saying.

I meant that an source of sin (something that tempts you to sin) not that sinning is unavoidable. I think Saint Paul said it not Christ, but I get the point.

The fact that you (or I ) fall into or back into sin does not mean that we are not truly sorry; it is part of our fallen nature.

It sounds like an addiction or OCD, which can be treated. And talk to a priest or spiritual director about how to deal with these issues, so your soul can be at rest.
This person is a teen. It is perfectly normal and isn’t an addiction or OCD. He/she just needs to learn to redirect him/herself if they want to avoid the offending action. A priest could probably give some good spiritual direction.

Is giving up “google” something you could do? Also, what about a different kind of phone?
