what does one do with unwanted sexual arousal?
for example, if it just happens with things that are unrelated and not impure at all? ie.e talking to your best friend (who is of the same gender and you don’t have impure feelings towards) or exercise or even just out of the blue.
must we avoid all such innocent activities knowing that it’s a possibility? is it a sin even if we do not have bad thoughts or indulge in these feelings which are beyond our control?
