What does one say to objections over organized religion?

My coworker says she believes in Jesus Christ as Savior but doesn’ believe in organized religion because it creates walls that divide us. I know she is a baptized Catholic. I wondered how to address her concerns about the Catholic church in light of her point of view. Any advice? Carla
 
Hi,

She only knows about Jesus because of orgainized religion. Furthermore, Jesus was the Organizer! It’s not the organization that she doesn’t want; it’s what it requires of her that she doesn’t like. But Jesus said that to be His follower, one must deny oneself and take up one’s cross.
