**It HATES. **

Mostly it hates. Sometimes it lies and murders.

Here are a couple of interesting sites.

A Satanist, Zach King, talks about it.

Fred Conty how did you hear about me? come holy spirit website only advertises a talk i gave last year around Halloween. Im giving amother one this year around the same time but in WI instead of IL. To see a video of me go to www.instituteoftheholyspirit.com and from the main page click on IHS TV and from there it’s the Satanist Converts video. or go to en.gloria.tv/?media=216410 and see a 15 minute snippet of a 2 hour vid.

Hello again! I have a few questions concerning The Enemy.

Basically I want to know what he does to hunanity - how he tempts, what he tempts, if he even tempts, whatever else he does.

I mean, I know Satan is real, I just don’t know how to look out for his influence (if there is any, if so please say) or tricks so I can ward him off.

I was also planning on praying the Holy Rosary weekly.

Anyway, thanks in advance! 🙂
Unlike Christianity and Islam, according to Judaism, Satan is not the enemy. Rather, he is an angel in the service of G-d. His main role is as clever tempter in order to test our free will; however, both he and G-d hope we will choose the morally correct path. His other functions include the accuser before G-d, forcing us to defend our lives after our death; and also, he serves as the Angel of Death, who executes the sentence that G-d passes after we are judged. Judaism does not believe that Satan or any other angels have a free will of their own. We humans are the only beings who G-d created with free will, and therefore we are superior to even the angels.

Thanks for the info.

The first time I heard of you was on this site on a thread which no longer exists. I was empressed with what you saw, did, and experienced.

I know you mentioned the Miraculous Medal that someone gave you and it helped you to find your way. She was so good to give us her medal to protect us. She is always thinking of us.

I appreciate your bringing your experiences in the open so that others can understand that St. Paul and St. Peter 's words telling us that we are in a war against satan is real.

Just keep telling your story. It’s important.

My assumption, and I could be completely wrong, as I often am, is that Satan is more interested in having a wide influence on society rather than a very narrow influence on a few homeless people living under a bridge.

This is one reason I do not trust politicians and find that most speak with fork tounge. My guess is he would rather influence on a wide scale, through people of influence and power, to have his message and evil more widespread in society. Just my opinion.

God Bless,
Bill

The devil thinks he is smarter than he is. After all, he’s in hell … not a smart move!

He is above all, as Jesus described him, a liar and a murderer. For all his much vaunted intelligence, this is hardly a sign of wisdom.

He is self destructive, and wants to bring others down with him as he falls deeper and deeper into hell. There is no way to explain his mission than that he wants to persuade others that it’s better to reign in hell than serve in heaven.

Stupid. And we are stupid to follow him there!

Anyone else think the guy accusing everyone of bigotry was just as bigoted by basically calling us imbeciles by saying he doesn’t worship Invisible Pink Unicorns?

Where is this revealed in Scriptures?

I don’t think its a matter of intelligence. If it was simply a fault in his intelligence, I don’t believe that God would throw him in hell. Its not his fault if his dumb.

The devil knows full well that he has entered a losing battle. He knows that God is salvation and heaven. It makes no sense to think that the devil thinks he is going to win anything. Rather, the devil wants to be the one thing he cannot have if he conforms to Gods will. I think the devil simply wants to be his own God. That is ultimately the basis for his fall. This is simply to say that he wants to do as he wills for himself and not for God or anyone else.

Since he is barred from heaven, its only natural that the devil would seek to destroy the beings that God loves.

All the immorality, sin, evil, temptation and impurity in the universe as well as the imcomprehensible existence of this animalistic and natural movement towards the immoral and evil by all things is what forms my idea of Satan. I don’t believe that Satan is a demonic, devil-like winged, fallen-angel-type-creature, but rather, as described above, this negative force for all things bad in existence.

Then I take it, by the same token, you don’t believe in good angels either?

It depends how you define angels. I don’t believe in winged heavenly men and women with halos above their heads that are terrific at playing harps.

What about you? Do you also believe the earth is flat by any chance?

The existence of angels is taught in the old and new Testaments. In neither place are they described as you have described them. Neither is Satan described with a tail and pitchfork. 😃

What about you? Do you also believe the earth is flat by any chance?

We are talking about your Catholic faith, not science. Christ taught the existence of Satan, but I guess as a biochemist Catholic you would know better?

Here is what Jesus said about Satan.

“When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies” (John 8:44).

They are smart. We look like stupid rats or less in comparison to their intellect. What saves us from being easily taken advantage of is a combination of God’s Grace and our Guardian Angel. Without those two, it becomes relatively easy for the enemy to overcome us.
I think I would say that humans are to angels as pets are to us. Just like some pets we can run away, be pig headed, hard to train and hurt ourselves sometimes. Just as we are much more intelligent than animals, so too are Angels more intelligent than us.

I think they are similar to us in some ways though, just as we are similar to animals in some ways. For example, we know angels can have pride because we know that this is what caused demons to fall from heaven. We also know that they have choice and some form of a free will since God never forced them to do what he wanted.

(Although some theories about how they act and make decisions fascinate me, that their choices are in a way outside of time and that they can never go back on their choice as we humans can. So saying they have “free will” is probably not entirely accurate.)

They certainly are not enigmatic forces nebulously affecting good or evil like an aura over the world. If you are a Catholic then it is taught that everyone has a guardian angel, and the bible has multiple instances where angels appear and speak to people. But returning to my original comparison, I think it is really admirable that such a being would choose to obey God and serve us humans, thereby overcoming it’s own pride (which must be indeed very powerful considering how great a being they must be).

Well there we go so the Bible supports my interpretations.
