What does the Church say about surrogate motherhood?

Hello,
My name is Jamie Hughes & I would like to find out what the RC Churches view is on surrogate mothers. In particular mothers who offer to have children on behalf of married couples who can’t have children. I would like to know what the moral implications of this action are & if this is acceptable from the Churches point of view.
