What does the Church teach about end of life care?

Is there a website posting where I can get the end of life “Roman Catholic Rules” I want to know about Feeding Tubes, Respirators, etc. The dos and don’ts so I can go over them with my daughter. When is she allowed to “Pull the Plug”?
