What does the Church teach on eschatology?

I have been told that the Church has no definite position on eschatology, and therefore, it is possible to hold the A-mil, Pre-mil, Post-Mil, or Preterest understanding of eschatology and our Lord’s final return.

Is this true? Is there a definite position which one must take as a Catholic to be in line with the teaching of the Church? Or is this yet to be defined as de fide dogma?
