I don’t seem to comprehended the idea that the catholic church is the fullness of Christianity.

Those who are validly baptized in non-Catholic congregations are “imperfectly joined” to the Church. Baptism is the beginning of being initiated into the Church, it can be validly done by any person. Heck, an atheist can baptize in a case of emergency and that may be a valid baptism.

The Church teaches us that there are three Sacraments of Initiation. The other two, Confirmation and Eucharist, can only be conferred by a validly ordained Bishop or Priest (who, in the case of Confirmation may gain special permission to Confirm).
Until one has completed these Sacraments of Initiation, their initiation is incomplete.
1212 The sacraments of Christian initiation - Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist - lay the foundations of every Christian life. "The sharing in the divine nature given to men through the grace of Christ bears a certain likeness to the origin, development, and nourishing of natural life. The faithful are born anew by Baptism, strengthened by the sacrament of Confirmation, and receive in the Eucharist the food of eternal life. By means of these sacraments of Christian initiation, they thus receive in increasing measure the treasures of the divine life and advance toward the perfection of charity."3

12 For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall understand fully, even as I have been fully understood. 13 So faith, hope, love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
So we pray during every Holy Mass to come to the fullness of Love.
1 Corinthians 12:12,25-27 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. 13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.But God has so adjusted the body, giving the greater honor to the inferior part, 25 that there may be no discord in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. 26 If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together.
27 Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.
Ephesians 4:12 for the equipment of the saints, for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the cunning of men, by their craftiness in deceitful wiles. 15 Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by every joint with which it is supplied, when each part is working properly, makes bodily growth and upbuilds itself in love.That is the Fullness of the Catholic Church John 10:10
