What exactly does maranatha mean? From what language is it?

According to Dictionary.com the word maranatha comes from the Aramaic and means “our Lord cometh.” Paul uses the word in his first letter to the Corinthians:
If any one has no love for the Lord, let him be accursed. Our Lord, come!
(1 Cor. 16:22, RSV-CE).
If anyone does not love the Lord, he is to be accursed. Maranatha
(1 Cor. 16:22, NASB).
