What does this mean? A dream interpretation

Wisdom told me I can over come this by

white box

in my dream I was told I can over come by white box

Any body can give me an idea?

What would white box represent ?
 
If a white box isn’t meaningful to you, and you don’t have any idea of what it represents, then I find it highly unlikely that this is a message from God or any good spirit. Dreams are often just your minds way of processing information you’ve absorbed while awake. They don’t always make sense and they certainly don’t often mean anything. If you don’t know what the white box means, I wouldn’t worry about it and I wouldn’t attempt to further seek supernatural information from dreams. At best, it’s a waste of time, trying to interpret the functioning of your mind when you are unconscious. At worst, it could open you up to demonic influence. I’m pretty sure that if God was trying to send you a message through a dream, you would already be able to understand it. Since no one in this forum knows you or your life, how in the world could they help you to interpret this?
 
You might try journaling the entire dream. What are you trying to overcome in your dream? What symbols did you see? Your mind is trying to tell you something. What was the mood of the dream? Was it dark in your dream or was it light? Did other people talk to you in your dream and if so what did they say? Write down every detail and then look for symbols. The white box, for example, is nearly certainly a symbol. For what, I can’t begin to tell you because you gave us no context and it may be a symbol that would only be meaningful to you in the first place.

The white box contains different tools to help you with your problem.
 
You will not need to guess, or ask around online, when and if God uses a dream to guide you.

Otherwise, it’s just a show put on by the memories rearranging in your head, which God has given us so we don’t see the darkness while sleeping.

White box = icebox, refrigerator.

Whatever the problem is, you’ll find the solution in your refrigerator.

Cheese, maybe? Try eating a few ounces of cheese just before you go to bed. It ought to make a difference to your dreams.

I didn’t understand your post.

That being said the woman who put oil on jesus head took the oil from and alabaster box.

Boxes in the bible contained oil, for instance to anoint a king.

Your dream is missing to many details to be interpreted.

Pray and ask god to take away from you dreams hat are no of him or from him, and if they are, tremble and be afraid, and seek his will, purify yourself, and avoid sin.

God has a destiny or plan for everyone. But you must cooperate with his will.

Dreams are not road maps but sign posts and warnings.

Seriously, Gov, it’s time to give that leftover macaroni salad the toss :bigyikes:

To the OP, don’t look to dreams for answers. It’s hard not to when you hear some super clear message, even if it doesn’t make sense.

I have some very vivid dreams, so one summer I committed myself to writing down every detail I could remember of every dream I had for one month. They made no real sense to me at the time. But when I reread them six months later, I could see exactly how my brain was working out the problems and stresses of that time. It helped me see that my dreams are usually nothing more than me working out the concerns and events of the day.

There have been – in the course of my 47 years – a few dreams that delivered profound messages. But those few have been so extremely clear that. as another poster said, there was no need to go looking for their meaning.

I forget most of my dreams. How do you remember them?

In my opinion, before trying to determine the “meaning” of a dream, we should first determine if there is any chance whatsoever that the dream is supernatural rather than simply natural. Then, we should determine whether it comes from God or not. If it doesn’t, we have no business trying to figure out what the dream is trying to tell us.

I would venture to guess that almost no one on this forum has the capacity to assist you or anyone else in sincerely determining whether or not a particular dream was truly supernatural. 🙂 👍

Most dreams are forgotten because the memory, like the eyes and limbs, isn’t working during dreaming. (Or rather, running in reverse, producing images rather than recording them.)

To remember a dream, normally, the body needs to awaken during it. Not all that easy.

Not a very authoritative source academically speaking.

Reasoning is obvious. How to differentiate a dream from god and the diabolical or natural IS the issue and this source doesn’t have recommendations for that.

I am all for being a little more specific and illustrative then that snippet.

That being said anything coming from our fallen nature is going to be fraut with problems, especially since the diabolical can and does use the human mind as it’s primary mode of attack. That being said I don’t assume every dream, vision, or spiritual experience is from satan like some seem to posit. Learning to test the spirits is done through discernment, a strong understanding and study if the bible, and always asking god for verification.

Even so, so much evidence for patterns of activity exist from heaven.

For instance it is very common for people who are about to die to get and inkling of such up to three months before they die.
