What does this mean-Catechism quote

“indifference neglects or refuses to reflect on divine charity; it fails to consider its prevenient goodness and denies its power.”

-the Catechism, 1st Commandment

What does the bolded part mean?

Not too sure, myself. Here’s what prevenient grace means, though: “
  1. divine grace operating on the human will prior to its turning to God.”

Prevenient refers to something that comes before something else.

So, God loved you first; you should not be indifferent, rather love God in return.
