This is on a directory for a specific Coptic Catholic Church. What does this mean with Canonically and ritually?
Canonically: Latin
Ritually: Coptic

It means that the parish is in communion with Rome, or possibly even that it is under the authority of the local Roman bishop, but that it is ritually/liturgically Coptic. This is on a directory for a specific Coptic Catholic Church. What does this mean with Canonically and ritually?

Interesting. I thought they would be under a Coptic Catholic bishop, but I guess this is what happens when such a bishop is too far away.under the authority of the local Roman bishop, but that it is ritually/liturgically Coptic.
Exactly. Egypt is the traditional territorty of the Coptic Catholic Patriarchate… North America is considered “Latin” territory. With the agreement of Rome and the local Latin bishops, dioceses can and are erected in North America or other traditionally Latin regions for vairous Eastern Churches, with their own residence bishops, but as there are so few Coptic Catholics in North America, this is not yet the case. Eastern Catholics who are living out of their Church’s traditional territory fall under the pastoral care of the local Latin bishop by default. The reverse is true in Eritrea, as I recall, where all Catholics, including Latins, fall under the pastoral care of the Ethiopian Catholic bishops. (Ethiopia itself has Latin jurisdictions, but Eritrea is only covered by the Ethiopian Catholic Church).Interesting.
