I read this somewhere…“all the good men are either light on their feet, have a ring on their on finger or a stone above their head” What the hell is light on their feet?, A ring on their on finger (married?), Stone above their head (dead?)

light on the feet probably means that they are running away from relationships or marriage… ring definitely means married or engaged, and stone is dead.
