Katherine2,I do not appreciate you bearing false witnessthe deal is clear in this thread. Within 4 minutes of your post another person (known for calling people a Communist for supporting social justice actions of bishops) makes a negative comment.
4 minutes after that another attack. Not a learned posting going into detail and giving references but just a slam.
So, my initial judgement that your inquiry was not something I should respond to until I had the time to make a full, thoughtful and detailed response proved to me to be the wise course.
If your really interested in a meaningful response, come over to my house and have tea or do a little prepatory work with some of the other posters here to hose them down.
I love you too. But you’re not invited for tea. What an entirely arrogant and self-serving posting. .
This is your 4th post in this thread and now you’re claiming to be unable to get a word in! unlikely - I can only assume you consider yourself to be a “progressive Catholic”Shall we just say a progressive Catholic is one that endures attacks and name calling before she can even get a word out, and leave it at that?
I do owe you an apology. It was another Lisa who accused me of being a Communist. I am sorry.Katherine2,I do not appreciate you bearing false witnessI have not ever called any body a communist. Just because people don’t agree with all your post you should not resort to making things up.I have never been warned or suspended on this site which would have certainly happened if I had resorted to name calling!Shame on you:tsktsk: You need to get yourself together and rethink your tactics,go through my posts and anyone else on this site. That is pretty low.

**Post #61, Minnesota Tax thread, re-affirmed by Lisa in her post #91 on the same thread. **

Apology accepted,I was fixing to question family membersI do owe you an apology. It was another Lisa who accused me of being a Communist. I am sorry.
Hey Dennis, here’s just a repost of my earlier one. There were a million posts the second after I posted mine. According to these folks, it would seem that Jimmy probably has the right idea! Can we get back on topic here?
The question is, "What is a progressive Catholic?
And let’s us please stop bashing Katherine. She hasn’t even said anything yet. Let’s not assume anything.
It seems that Katherine will be upset if we try and define them because it’s not a pretty picture. So, how about we let them define themselves. I googled and found these sites. These were all in the top ten. I didn’t have to go searching for ones that fit my bill.
I know what people have been posting. I just would like for someone who considers themselves progressive to give an answer themselves.Hey Dennis, here’s just a repost of my earlier one. Liberalism is called “progressive” because it always progresses farther into error.Who was it that said,
“Liberalism is called progressive, because it progresses further dan further into error?”
