For most of the fall and winter my traitorous body hasn’t been able to go to Mass, which would be in the OF, Franciscan usage. I watch the EWTN mass regularly and always on Sundays and days of obligation or occasionally I spiritually join the online Office and Mass of the Redemptoristine Nuns of Dublin, Ireland.

In the perfect world, I would attend the EF Sunday mass, but the nearest one is very far and for me it is essentially on the far side of Mars. I would resume daily mass at the nearest location, which would essentially a low OF.
When I absolutely can not make it to Sunday Mass a former Brother of mine brings me Holy Eucharist. I am very blessed that I also have a chapel in my home which to say the Office, do the mass readings, and for prayer and contemplation (I am NOT speaking of Adoration) . Sometimes if I really do want to actually go to mass, I need some industrial pain killers and they do have a considerable effect on limiting my spiritual experience and the next day or two will mean that I’ll be stuck in bed or limited to the most necessarily activities.
