It’s not in the forum any more, but there’s the “Ask Your Question” box on catholic.com. It runs you through a site search first, but you can still submit your question directly to the staff if the search doesn’t find answers. I imagine they must have been getting a lot of duplicate questions and they’re hoping that by doing a search first, people will find what they need.
