what happens, say that you died in a car accident who where killed for non faith based reasons. does it affected your Relationship with the Father, son and the holy spirit? what happens?
You mean not a martyr’s death. The norm is to receive baptism by water but it also occur by desire, such as in catechumens that died before receiving baptism. The Church also teaches that God may have other ways besides the sacraments to save souls.

Catechism
848 “Although in ways known to himself God can lead those who, through no fault of their own, are ignorant of the Gospel, to that faith without which it is impossible to please him, the Church still has the obligation and also the sacred right to evangelize all men.” [338]

[338] Ad Gentes (Vatican II) 7; cf. Heb 11:6; 1 Cor 9:16.

Problematic, but most certainly not impossible, as we already have them.

By 'completing the sacraments I take it to mean that you are asking about the three sacraments of initiation, Baptism, confirmation, and Holy Communion. That would depend on why you didn’t complete all of the sacraments.
