a Protestant women priest (let’s say she’s Methodist) if she converts to Catholicism? Btw, I’m not too sure if all male Anglican priests retaining their position if they should convert to Catholicism (and why so). And also are Methodist priests comparable to Anglican priests?

That is a big misconception. Anglican priests, Lutheran priests, etc. are just Lay Ministers in that they are not validly Ordained. If they become Catholics they are just members of the Catholic laity, unless they seek to become Catholic priests and are selected, trained and then validly Ordained as Catholic priests.

Women cannot be validly Ordained in any way shape or form.

Her ordination (just like the ordination of male Anglican priests and bishops) is not valid. Hence in Catholic eyes she is not a priest at all.

If she converts to Catholicism she cannot practice as a priest. Neither can Anglican men, since the Anglican Church has no valid Apostolic Succession, unless they get validly ordained by a Catholic bishop.

As far as I know Methodists, like the Anglicans also have no valid Apostolic Succession. In any case female priesthood is invalid in any case. The sacrament of Orders can be validly received only by men.
