I disagree, I get weaker which is why I end up going to confession more and more.
 
If you are repeatedly telling yourself this, then it is likely that you are making yourself weaker.

IMO I think a journal would be a good way to document your successes so that you can look back and see how many successes you’ve had each day.

Which temptation are you dealing with?

Usual sexual one, my wife is still withholding herself and physically its driving me insane. I just finished praying the rosary and the feeling is still there.
 
Is pornography involved or is it only masturbation?

Do you know why she is withholding herself?

Of course you like doing it, otherwise why do it? Sex can be one of the sins of attraction, similar to gluttony. A sin of attraction takes something that is good or very good (such as food or sex) and uses it in an inappropriate way.

You can’t directly control what your wife does or doesn’t do, and I am sorry for any scorn you may be experiencing, but this is a wonderful opportunity to grow closer to God. Here are some good tips on acquiring chastity. The video deals some with pornography but any of the advice can apply to chastity in general.

Only if you (to use my momma’s phrase) waller in your sin. When you get up and hit the confessional box, you win! God’s Mercy wins!
 
Well Satan won again as I have fallen, there is no confession for eight days.
 
Call the parish office now and schedule confession, the easiest times would be right before or after one of the weekend Masses.
