What if all religions are work of Satan?

Satan is known as a master of delusion who spread confusion among people. There are many religions which each claims that they are true yet non of them couldn’t prove that it is the right one. What if all religions are work of Satan? God is good and it is known to be right. Why God allows Satan to spread confusion among people, being omniscient and omnipotent?

So that we will choose wisely. And choose to follow the good. You are free and to be able to live with him you must be good as he is, choose good.
 
I am more than inclined to believe that pride, greed, false humility, a certain sense of entitlement, has been a major assist for Satan and he really does not have to work hard in spreading confusion. Religion is a word that best describes a practice rather than a spirituality or faith that is the foundation of true “religions” such as the Catholic Faith and even the Catholic faith gets mutilated and trampled by other “religions,” Peace.
 
We only know of Satan because of religious faith. If all religions are the work of Satan, that is, the adversary of God, then there is no such thing as Satan, and thus all religions could not be the work of Satan.

There is an assumption here that God is good which is part of religion teaching. What if God is evil?

Spiritual world has its own complication. How we could be sure about spiritual world when Satan is at his work?

No, we know his existence because he interacted with many people in the past some of them are founder of religions.

Its a valid assumption. Being good if you think about it is a way of saying that a thing is effective, united and ultimately singular.

If evil was the creative force and if it was effective in creating everything, by its own definition it would be against itself and destroy what it was trying to do. Nothing created could remain in existence. Because evil is opposition and as the only creative force it only would have itself and its creation to oppose.

Its why you’d say God is good, because we exist, he has not opposed himself or destroyed what he has created. So being unopposed effectively he is therefore singular, & united.

I suppose you could say that everything you see proves his existence and the fact that everything continues proves he is good, united, singular and effective in what he is.

But the world is not united on what the truth is which means that God might be evil.

What is your definition of evil? Evil necessary is not self destructing.

United in this sense is special. I’m not talking about the Miss World type of Unity and World Peace. But the unity of the Creative Power, which could bring particles into being in a coherent, Logical, and efficient way. Creation as a physical thing works.

These are the definitions: Good is united, Evil is something opposing unity. If there is only evil then its principle of opposing turns itself upon itself.

Contrary I am talking about united world. If we accept your definition of good, we simply observe that creation is evil which is contrary to the assumption that creator is good.

A BMW works so it is good. It is good because there is unity at the BMW factory.

It does not matter for this particular point that people are not united in one religion. They are united in a search for what they perceive as good things. The concept of good is in them all. But not all see their way to the search for the source of all goodness.

I completely get your point. It is you that don’t realize the point I am raising. We couldn’t live if we were not good in how we are. The issue related to this thread is not about how good we are but how confusing is the situation regarding our believes. The problem is that we could not possibly deduce a united system belief because we are good.

Yes its confusing but not intractable. If a person recognises good they stand a good chance of finding the true religion - the one that worships All Good, and that goodness rubs off on them.

Its why many religions do not appeal to me. Chaos and violence and confusion.
