What if I can't go to Mass on Saturday or Sunday?

I having been giving thought to becoming a police officer, as my current employment is going nowhere I need to provide for my family. The problem is that I will most likely get my only two days off during the weekday, so I wouldn’t be able to attend weekend mass.
What could I do ? I truly don't think I could a weekend day off for the first 5 years of working at this PD. Thank you and God bless you. Grant
