What if I forget about mortal sins I've commited?

I have not been going to church for around 8 years and I want to start going to mass and taking communion. I want to confess all my mortal sins, but I know I can’t remember everything I’ve done. Will god still forgive my sins? Will I be worthy of recieving the body and blood of christ?
