What if I'm homebound and can't get to Sunday Mass?

im disabled,and its hard for me to go to church. ihave copd,and i cough alot.how ca i get forgiveness not going to confession?cant i tell god he knows already?and how would i say my rosary for pentence?this is important to me.thank you.nettie
