What if the ashes would not show on my forehead?

Hi this has been bothering me since I went to receive Ashes last week and maybe it means that something is wrong between me and God but I feel like God felt that I was not worthy by the ashes not showing up on my forehead even after they tried to do it twice. There wasn’t hardly a trace as everyone else’s foreheads were black and took very well. I really feel upset over this and can’t get it out of my thoughts. Please if you could tell me if this happens very often and what could it mean.

The fact that you probably have oiling skin does not mean that God doesn’t like you. Look at a crucifix and know that He indeed loves you.
