So what can we expect when the temple is rebuilt?

And do jews want it rebuilt? I saw one jewish site which says that its the Messiah’s job to build it. What do you think?
Good question. THere are some authorities, including Rambam (a real biggie) that say animal sacrifices will not have to be reinstituted when the Temple is rebuild. Other’s say they will. Whether the Messiah has to rebuild it himself or whether the Temple will be rebuilt in the Messiah’s time is a question that also has a split of authority.

I think in theory Jews want the Temple rebuilt. But will we want to all submit to one central authority? That’s the $64 question.

In A Sense It Would Great If They Could Pull It Off. With The Mosque Above It Though I Don’t Think It Will Materialize. It Could Be That In Revelation The Building Of The 3rd Temple Was Really Symbolic.

Much of Jewish Law depends on the existence of the Temple. If for some reason the Jews were able to reclaim the whole of Jerusalem and rebuild the Temple…complete with the Holy of Holies and the Arc of the Covenant…how do you think Israel will turn out to be?

Would it become some sort of a Jewish Sharia state? Like Saudi Arabia? Would the stoning of Adulterers return? 🤷
the new Temple is in Rome(Vatican). do you not know that there were 2 or 3 attempt to rebuild the temple in the 400s by Constantine’s nephew and all attempted failed?
Tertullian
In the third century, “If we desire indeed to act the part of open enemies, not merely of secret offenders, would there be any lacking of strength, whether of numbers or resources?” “We are but of yesterday and we have already filled every place among you – cities, islands, fortresses, towns, marketplaces, the very camp, tribes, companies, palace, senate and forum. We have left nothing for you but the temples of your idols, for now it is the immense number of Christians which make your enemies so few, almost all the inhabitants of your various cities being followers of Christ.”
