What invalidates a confession?

  1. If I confess what I believe to be all grace matter sins, is that fine, or must it be ALL SINS.
  2. I confessed looking at inappropriate images on a certain platform(I might’ve sed just doing it at all) and later, to make sure I covered all platforms, I sed “I believe I already said this but arousing stuff”, but Idk if I meant the I believe I already said this. I didn’t mean to lie if I did, so am I good?

Usually it’s deliberately lying in the confessional or deliberately withholding a known mortal sin in order to gain absolution that will invalidate confessions.

Best advice is to check with a priest.

Yeah like I wasn’t trying to like do anything I thought was bad, and I didn’t even realize I was lying.
 
Given your history with scrupulosity, you should not ask these questions here. Seek the help of your priest and a counselor.
