I got to talking to a new manager at one my stores today and we got to talking about beliefs and she told me her church is a ‘kingdom principles’ church. I have never heard this term before, from the way she was talking, she sounds like a christian.

I do know the church she attends, I have driven past it many times and knew some people in the past that went here, but have never heard any of them use this term.

Well, apparently, it is some sort of Holiness movement-like theology that emphasizes “doing” God’s will, not just hearing it. [Source]:
The pattern of Jesus’ life is an establishing of the destiny of “what is left:” you and I who trust in Jesus Christ. To live the abundant Life that God does have for you, you must be a “doer” of the Word – NOT just a “hearer.” God’s Word contains instructions that are not natural to our flesh.

It is shorthand for “man-made”

Who can keep track of the varying beliefs once the dam burst?

BY the description in the above linked source, it sounds like these folks are on a good track to me, how could you go wrong by putting God first in everything.
