I visited a different church this morning and saw a small sign in the lobby that said, “Reservation Chapel”. It’s not an adoration chapel because that is in another building on the church grounds. And it’s not the main chapel. Just wondering.

We have our main church, the Lady Chapel for daily mass and a reservation chapel which is a separate glass room accessed from the outside and also from inside the main church. It is open from 6:30am to 9pm at night for prayer. The tabernacle is in there and when we have Eucharistic adoration it is always in the reservation chapel. The church is locked (Lady chapel is inside church with no tabernacle…just room for 200 people)when not being used but the reservation chapel is accessed from the outside for prayer. Our church seats 1800…so the small 30 seat reservation chapel is perfect for prayer with the Blessed Sacrament…and yes it is seen through the glass of the main church
