What is best resource to explain the Catholic position on artificial birth control?

What is the best resource I can get for my non Catholic friends who want to understand the Catholic belief about artificial birth control. I like Humana Vitae but I’m afraid the references to other Catholic beliefs will distract them. These guys think I’m nuts. I’m glad I can witness but I need some help.
