What is Charismatic Catholicism?

I am not sure what the term charismatic refers to - can someone help me understand what this means in terms of Catholicism?

It is a movement/form of spirituality in the church focused on devotion to the Holy Spirit, and re-discovery of the gifts and charisms of the Holy Spirit as described in Acts of the Apostles and other books (Prophecy, healing, tongues, etc.)
