In a lot of forms of fiction it’s a pretty common thing to see a protagonist act and apparently become heroic by enduring and dealing whatever is dished out on them. The word coward is also thrown around loosely in situations like those. In real life though it seems not so much and if it is it has as heavy an impact and gravity as if you were calling someone a bigot or hypocrite yet cowardliness has been vaguely defined as a lack of confidence or courage to the degree that it’s dislikeable but hey I’m sure lots of us (like myself) are more timid and nervous by nature then we’d wish to be.How can cowardliness be defined and can you give some examples?.Would doubting or abandoning the subject your majoring in at school be cowardliness?.Is it a vice to be cowardly?.Is it un-Christian to be cowardly?.Just wondering.Thank you very much so for your time.
