No, you don’t. You have NOTHING testable… 🤷
The burden of proof is upon you, methinks, seeing as it was you who hijacked the thread.

And if by “testable” you mean “scientifically testable”, then I would contest that God is provable by logic from the existence of the universe, and logic is superior to science.

So then I gather that you don’t believe in anything that you can’t reproduce in the laboratory, nor do you believe in the existence of any person that you never personally met or any historical event at which you were not present.

For example Alexander the Great or Aristotle.

The Padre at the church near where I live has told me that I need to have faith. I do not want to insult him by asking what faith is, because he has been a big help with just talking me through several difficult things that have been going on in my life recently.

So a simple question: What is faith and where do I have to go to get it?
Faith is having complete confidence in God and trusting him.

It is an act of the will, so to “get it” you make up your mind that you are going to trust in God completely and then do so.

There is no testable evidence for string theory. If you are a scientist, then you believe in string theory in the same way that you can discern the truth of many things even if all of the evidence you would like is not available and there is no way to test it. It is a logical compilation of all of the available information and a deductive reasoning as to the logical conclusion to be drawn from that information.
