I know that grave matter is necessary for a sin to be mortally sinful, but how do I know what constitutes grave matter? The Chuch does not have a list of mortal sins, but does she have a list of grave matter?

There are three fonts of morality:
When any one font is gravely disordered, the act is objectively a mortal sin; in other words, the matter is grave. Even if the other two fonts are good, one gravely disordered font is sufficient to make the act an objective mortal sin.
If the intention is gravely contrary to love of God and neighbor, then the matter is grave.
If the moral object is gravely contrary to love of God and neighbor, then the matter is grave.
In the consequences, if the reasonably anticipated bad consequences gravely outweigh the reasonably anticipated good consequences, then the matter is grave.
