As for Gottle of Gear and Mr Steadfast, while they enjoy my most profound respect, I cannot work out to which camp they belong, so good luck to you if you can decipher them
By the way, progess is often made by pains in the …! The staus quo is ok but not much of a catylist for progress
GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS YOU WHATEVER YOU DECIDE
Wesleyan in theology.
I do not attend a Methodist church now even though I was raised a Methodist. However if I were to move to a relatively large metropolitan area I would probably choose either a conservative United Methodist church (yes they exist…my parents attend one in Florida) or a Free Methodist (how is that for specificity) church.
Actually I have worshipped in a Methodist Chapel. For everal years, I lived next door to one and after Sunday Mass, often nipped into the Methodist Service. There is not that much difference between Catholic and Methodist and what is not comonly known is that the Wesley’s prayed their rosaries.Actually I haven’t eliminated Catholic but if I were ever to be one I would be an independent thinking one like Mr Steadfast or Mr GottleOfGeer here which would make me a bigger pain than I now am.
