What is liturgical dancing?

I don’t believe I’ve ever seen this before at my parish (ie. liturgical dancing). The most I’ve seen, is mothers with babies rocking them to the music. I can’t picture anyone dancing. Maybe at a concert for the Pope, but not during mass. I’ve seen protestants swaying their arms at their church service, but that’s about it.
 
Well firstly it’s an oxymoron, because it is not part of the Liturgy. There are those who would also say it is not dancing, but that is an artistic opinion.
