I apologize ahead of time for grammatical errors, this was typed quickly on my cell phone.
This isn’t a matrix thread in which I attempt to tell you we are all plugged into machines which have put us into this computer simulation. I am talking about the one we all have possible access to.
We use to be told that reality is simply made up of matter; in which all physical objects are broken down into atoms. Even this concept is overwhelming to the mind. For example, one atom would be roughly the equivalent to an apple compared to the size of the Earth. This is how we viewed reality. It is composed of these tiny little objects called atoms and that they are the building blocks.
Yet this theory never explains the make up of atoms. We have only recently begun to explore the make up of atoms. These building blocks have building blocks of their own. When does this stop? When are building blocks no longer needed?
We are looking at atoms, yes, but what are atoms? What are we really looking at? I am reminded of the words of the Dalai Lama, what if the universe exists within a single atom? What if we are building blocks for something else?
What is reality?
