What is that basic philosophy rule?

If there is a basic rule of philosophy it is this: *That truth cannot be founded on logic alone. *Man is not a computer. He has a heart along with a brain. Not only does he think; he hopes; he desires; he imagines; he builds; he destroys; he chooses between good and evil; he has a sense of the beautiful and the ugly; he strives to reconcile the finite with the Infinite. These are reasons why philosophy still rules, even though some would like to overwhelm it with scientism.

You remind me of the mind of a young teenage lad laying in his bed wondering about the world, and about us.

May God bless the young minds of the nations to look past the externals and hold fashions in contempt so he may find His God amidst the confusions of the world.
