What is the best way to use a Green Scapular?

My Grandmother is a Protestant and I would like to get her a Green Scapular. I know she wouldn’t keep it if I just gave it to her.
How would you give Green Scapular to someone who wouldn’t keep it or wear it?

I would not advocate hiding it in her belongings or anything along those lines. The scapular itself is not a lucky charm. It is a physical reminder of the promises we make. Prayers that you offer on behalf of your grandmother and her faith and conversion are the most powerful tool you have.
