  • Ephesians (addressed to the holy ones in Ephesus) circa 61-63 A.D.
  • Philippians (addressed to the holy ones in Philippi) circa 61-63 A.D.
  • Colossians (addressed to the holy ones in Colassae) circa 61-63 A.D.
  • Philemon (addressed to Philemon, his wife Apphia, other members of the household, & the church that meets at Philemon’s house) circa 61-63 A.D.

  • 2 Peter (addressed to those who have received a faith of equal value to ours) circa 63-64 A.D.
  • 1 John (not addressed) circa 90 A.D.
  • 2 John (addressed to the chosen Lady and her children) circa 90 A.D.
  • 3 John (addressed to beloved Gaius) circa 90 A.D.
  • Jude (addressed to those who are called, beloved in God) circa 62-66 A.D.
  • Revelation (addressed to the churches of Asia: Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, & Laodicea) circa 90-95 A.D.
Thanks for the challenge!

Dave…my polemics are embarrassing to you…I apologize. I am human, trying my best and so be it! Me thinks that you are too sensitive - two of my posts had already been written and you chose to pick on the first one.

I agree - the bible, God’s word is for everyone on this earth. However, I am also realistic. Afghanistan, has been and continues to be Muslim. Rome was pagan and pretty much seems to be going that way again, so what is your point?

Let’s not argue, Dave. Let us be in agreement…and please, forgive me for embarrassing you. God bless you -

chimakuni,

Sorry for pouncing on your post. I just find characterizing the Bible in the hands of a Protestant as theft to be counterproductive and grossly inaccurate.

“Now I was told by a Catholic on a different thread that a Bible in the hands of a Protestant was theft”

The above is quoted from Shibboleth. I paraphrased it…and then later, in a second post said that it was more like being hijacked. Dave, I accept your apology for pouncing on my post, but you are still holding me to the fact that I paraphrased Dave, even though I had written more in explanation to it. Me thinks that you still have an agenda with me. I cannot help you there.

God’s word is for everyone - I agree. I just wish that the people who did not use the full bible would use the full bible. That’s all.
