What is the Catholic Church's position on Living Wills?

I have seen advanced directives that specifically allow for the withholding of food & hydration from a person who is incapacitated and who is near end-of-life condition with no reasonable hope of recovery. Does the Catholic Church approve of such an advanced directive? Thank you.
