What is the Catholic Church's position regarding gambling and employment at a casino?

A marketing management position is available at a local casino. Prior to applying I want to understand if working at a casino and promoting its services conflicts with Church teachings.

From the Catechism:

2413 Games of chance (card games, etc.) or wagers are not in themselves contrary to justice. They become morally unacceptable when they deprive someone of what is necessary to provide for his needs and those of others. The passion for gambling risks becoming an enslavement. Unfair wagers and cheating at games constitute grave matter, unless the damage inflicted is so slight that the one who suffers it cannot reasonably consider it significant.

Gambling is viewed similarly to alcohol, in moderation it is fine. A Catholic can own a pub or serve as a wait staff or a bartender in a pub. However if someone is purposely taking advantage of someone’s addiction to enrich him/herself then it becomes a grave matter. As long as the casino is not purposely seeking out addicted gamblers, taking unfair advantage of the players, or exploiting the poor then there is nothing immoral about working at the casino.
