I don’t trust hypnosis or anything coming from it.

Nor do I have any interest in researching reincarnation. If this were true, because it would be the end of each person’s mind (where personhood resides), then there would be no point in trying to “prepare” for it, as the end result is the same as in personal annihilation. May as well be an atheist and nihilist and save all the trouble. IMNAAHO.

Still, there have been instances of NDE recipients later embracing reincarnational beliefs, which is another reason I have doubts about NDE.

That is very strange for someone to start believing in reincarnation after some kind of NDE, I could understand if they had those beliefs prior to the NDE though.

I would be interested to learn about the NDEe that did involve reincarnation, if the person believed in this beforehand or not.

Hypnosis and past lives is another bird, that can be manipulated, but there have been some strange cases of young kids knowing information they could not possibly have learned from parents, tv, etc, Im not saying they were reincarnated, but how they got this knowledge was probably thru something we do not understand.
Young children all have a) a large set of disjoint early memories, b) a very powerful subconscious mind, and c) an overpowering imagination. These elements can very easily, especially with adult assistance, be ginned up into a tale of reincarnation with “supporting data.”
