Sperm banks and sperm donations???
 
It’s morally reprehensible in every respect. If a married man and woman cannot conceive a child (and even if they can) they are free to adopt.

Yes,
In addition because it in a sense creates an technically adulterous situation by introducing a third party. It also separates the conception from the physical sexual act between husband and wife.

There are morally licit means to harvesting sperm for testing purposes. For instance, the use of a perforated condom during the marital act is morally acceptable because it still allows for the possiblity for natural conception during the marriage act, while also collecting a sperm sample.
