What is the Church's position on the legality of these things?

Strip clubs

i.e., even if the Church says that these things are immoral (but I don’t know the Church’s position on #1), should a Catholic support using the government to ban these things?
 
The Church supports organ donation.

The Church would probably support using the government to ban those other things since they are immoral and help to destroy society. Untill rescently contraception was illegal in Ireland and abortion still is (although that one should be illegal in all countries). The Church throughout history has always supported the banning of immoral things.
